Picture organic clothing wetsuit. Today naturalprene is the most responsible material but also the most expensive and it ultimately drives the higher price at retail. We searched for a sustainable and responsible alternative to the rarely recyclable and polluting neoprene. A high quality wetsuit following our 100 eco friendly vision. So instead of synthetic rubber we use a natural one which permits to reduce by half the carbon footprint.

France based picture organic was formed in 2008 by three friends who were disappointed by the environmental ethics of the outdoor gear world. To guarantee the wetsuits elasticity we have set up a crafty and revolutionary production process that consists of integrating micro particles of air enabling naturalprene to expand up to almost four times. They wanted to make them in the most environmentally friendly way possible they wanted to make them look good and they wanted them to be priced the same as the less organic offerings. Picture organic clothing wetsuits are made of 85 natural rubber from a malaysian plantation and 15 synthetic chlorine free rubber.

Since picture was created our desire was to offer eco designed products keeping up in prices with the competition s offering no eco friendly option. They started making ski and snowboard gear based on three principals.
