Piano roll editor musescore. The bars are colored to distinguish white keys from back keys. To use the piano roll editor right click a measure and select the pianoroll editor. To open the piano roll editor pre right click on a measure in the score and choose the piano roll editor option from the context menu. It lets you add musical notes change velocity add or import lyrics etc.

You can edit individual tracks of the midi file using piano roll. When you open the piano roll editor via the popup menu created by right clicking in the staff the view will scroll to focus on the staff position where the mouse click occurred. The piano roll editor allows you edit individual notes and tweak aspects of their playback. Aria maestosa is a midi sequencer editor.

The piano roll editor accessed via right click on any measure of any staff is also greatly enhanced allowing fine control of the playback of each note in your score. You can also delete a midi event using midi events tab. Then click on the note that you want to adjust. The piano roll editor will open showing the staff and measure where you clicked.

The things you want to adjust are ontime and len. You can insert and delete notes change their pitch move them between voices edit the start time length or velocity of multiple notes using a graphical interface and more. The layout has been adjusted to show 12 bars per octave one for each tone.
